Trade Enquiries
​At Quirksome Vintage, we welcome trade enquiries. If you are a trader and you see something you like or have a piece that you think may be of interest to us, then please get in touch. Collectors, particularly of militaria, are invited to contact us with requests for particular items.

How to Buy

In the first instance, please fill in the contact form to generate an enquiry which we will respond to promptly. We do not sell directly through the site as many of our pieces are displayed elsewhere.

How to Pay

For items collected in person we accept cash, card or BACS. Please note that we do not accept card payments for items under £50.
For items being delivered we accept BACS prior to delivery.

Shipping
​Wherever possible we prefer that you come and view the item that you are buying. We appreciate this may not always be convenient so we offer our own deliveries within Hampshire and use trusted third party couriers for the rest of the country. You are welcome, of course, to arrange your own courier and we will be happy to facilitate the smooth collection of your item.

In order to inspect an item prior to dispatch, we offer WhatsApp video conferencing to view and discuss the item.

Returns Policy

All items are sold as seen. We offer you every opportunity to inspect and discuss the item prior to purchase. Generally we do not accept returns. Any item returned will be subject to a restocking fee. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

Privacy​

Protecting your personal details is important to us. We comply with GDPR. We will not allow any third party to acquire or purchase your information from us.
